All manuals we offer are available by PDF Download or Printed Hard Copy. For PDF orders we'll email you a 'Download Link' after the order is verified by Paypal and us. We send out the Download Links everyday from 9am to 9pm. Everyday of the Week, Month and Year! All orders received after 9pm will be sent out at 9am the next morning. The Download link is good for 5 downloads or 7 days. Whichever comes first. Sorry no refunds, returns or exchanges after you complete the download. Please make sure you ordered the right manual before you download it. Our policy is very fair and simple. If we make a mistake and send you the wrong manual, we'll gladly send you the correct manual ASAP, free of charge! Just contact us by email and we'll make it right! But if we send you what 'You' ordered, then it's not our mistake, and we won't send anything else for that order.
Please keep in mind that our PDF's are set-up for printing a manual. Some pages might be horizontal and some vertical and some with alternating pages, depending on the original manual. Yes you can view every PDF manual and every page, but some manuals will require you to click and turn a page to view it. With Adobe it's very ease to do. Almost all of our PDFs were made by us and they are scans of the actual manual. We scan each page one at a time and then clean and trim the page to get a good looking Pic to insert into the PDF. We never use an auto-scanner. It makes a very poor quality PDF. If you have any questions please email us.
All Printed Hard Copy orders are 'Laser Printed' copies from the same PDF's we sell. All manuals are printed on regular size 8 1/2 by 11 paper with heavier cover stock being used for the front and back cover. And staple bound. All Printed hard copies are Shipped within 48 hours by first class mail with tracking/delivery confirmation. Manuals over 100 pages or orders with multiple manuals will automatically get upgraded to priority mail because of the weight. Templates If you often use the same phrases and pictures in a message, you can save the message as a template. To add a message template 1 From standby select Menu > Messaging > Messages > Templates > New template > Add. To save a message as a template 1 From standby select Menu > Messaging > Inbox. 2 Scroll to the message and select View > Options > Save as template. Message options You can set some options, such as the Message alert and default storage location, to apply to all messages. You can set other options, such as the Delivery priority and Delivery time, for each message you send. To set options for all messages 1 From standby select Menu > Messaging > Messages > Settings. Status You can show your status, for example, Happy or Busy, to your contacts only. You can also show your status to all users on the Instant messaging server. To update your status 1 From standby select Menu > Messaging > IM > the Contacts tab. Chat group A chat group can be started by your service provider, by an individual Instant messaging user or by yourself. You can save chat groups by saving a chat invitation or by searching for a specific chat group. To create a chat group 1 From standby select Menu > Messaging > IM > the Chat groups tab. To add a chat group 1 From standby select Menu > Messaging > IM > the Chat groups tab > Options > Add chat group. 2 Select an option. Conversation history is saved between log out and when you log in again to let you return to chat messages from previous conversations.
